I'm Michelle. I've been working as a pastry chef in restaurants for 20 years. Like many of us, in 2020 I found myself out of work due to the pandemic and started baking at home and making "QuaranTreats" for local friends and family. They went so well, I got my cottage food permit so I could officially sell my goods to the Monterey public. So here we are!
